Blessed Trinity Academy’s school Health and Safety Plan has been guided by our goal to provide an excellent Catholic education and formation in a safe and healthy environment. Our united Pittsburgh Catholic Diocesan Preamble highlights how we will care for the body and soul, and honor the dignity of the human person. In communion with each other, we protect our physical, spiritual, social/emotional, and intellectual care.
Blessed Trinity Academy will be open 5 days a week. A virtual option will be available only if a student needs to quarantine due to a Covid exposure. We will adhere to our plan and guidelines, making full use of our 72-acre campus! Masks will be required for students, staff, and parents while indoors.
BTA’s Pandemic team is responsible for facilitating the local planning process, monitoring the implementation of our local Health and Safety Plan, and monitoring local health data to assess implications for school operations and potential adjustments to the Health and Safety Plan throughout the school year. Because this is an ever-changing situation, we will evaluate, assess, reevaluate, and reassess continually this plan.
