The PTG is responsible for planning fundraisers and events throughout the school year. The following are a list of anticipated fundraisers and events this year. All dates are subject to change.
FUNDRAISERS:
Shoparoo
Ongoing
Shoparoo is an easy way for BTA to earn money simply by taking pictures of receipts. Simply download the Shoparoo app onto your Android or Iphone, choose Blessed Trinity as your school. and start taking pictures of all of your receipts. Those receipts turn into points, which earn BTA money. Anyone can join so encourage your family and friends to support BTA through Shoparoo.
Amazon School Rewards
Ongoing
BTA is a member of the Amazon.com School Rewards program. BTA will earn a percentage off of most purchases when you click on our special link as you begin shopping. The Amazon link and an explanation of the program is attached to the bottom of this page.
Giant Eagle Apples for Students
Ongoing
Register your Advantage card and you can earn money for BTA while you shop at Giant Eagle. See the information at the bottom of this page.
Box Tops
Ongoing
Box Tops are collected throughout the school year. Box Tops can be turned into the school office any time.
Restaurant Nights
Monthly
BTA has monthly restaurant nights at various places in the area. BTA earns a percentage on all food purchased during these events.
KidStuff Books
September
KidStuff Books contain hundreds of dollars worth of savings in the form of coupons to various restaurants and businesses in the area. Families are given the opportunity to purchase books and BTA earns a percentage of the sales.
Tea Collection School Days
October and March
BTA participates in the Tea Collection School Days program two times a year. Shoppers save 15% (and receive free shipping) and BTA earns 15% on all purchases made from Tea Collection during specified dates.

Back to School Pizza Party (school only)
August
BTA kicks off the school year with a pizza and ice cream party at BTA.
Scholastic Book Fairs (school only)
October and April
The PTG hosts two Scholastic Books Fairs during the school year. Students are given the opportunity to purchase books at these fairs.
Craft and Vendor Show (community event)
Saturday, November 4th ~ 9am to 2pm
Breakfast with Santa (community event)
December
Santa Claus is coming to town! This community event involves pancakes, crafts, games, and, of course, Santa.
Santa Land (school only)
December
Students are given the opportunity to purchase gifts for the special people in their lives during the holiday season.
Sweetheart Dance (school only)
February
Our ladies are encouraged to invite someone special to the annual Sweetheart Dance. Light refreshments are served and a lot of fun is had.
Field Day (school only)
June
Student end the year by taking to the fields and spending the afternoon playing games and engaged in friendly competition. PTG provides the lunch for the event.
Breakfast at BTA (school only)
Fall and Spring
PTG sponsors a breakfast for students and guardians before school starts two times a year. Families are treated to an assortment of donuts, pastries, fruit and coffee. All parents and guardians are welcome to stay for mass after the breakfast.
